This is not your typical corporate team building program.  My experience in the financial services industry spans over eight years at firms in New York and Boston. This insight gave me an appreciation of the challenges inherent in the corporate working environment.  Before then, I was a coxswain for the Boston University Women’s Crew team and Riverside Boat Clubs Lightweight Men’s Crew.  I have over two decades of experience coaching and coxing athletes on and off the water.  I am passionate about rowing and the camaraderie that the sport inspires.  It is this experience, coupled with over 20 years of yoga training that has given me the ability to combine the techniques and discipline of coxing and yoga to train and motivate people to reach their highest potential.
